Video: Man Offers To Shovel Neighbors' Sidewalk In South St. Paul
Here in the Land of 10,000 ice rinks, we know that winter weather brings out the best in people, as seen on this Neighbors app video.

SOUTH ST. PAUL, MN — The latest bit of proof that cold and snowy winter weather brings out the best in Minnesotans was recently recorded outside a South St. Paul resident's front door.
Several inches of wet, heavy snow was dumped on the Twin Cities metro area Monday. In this video as it appears on the Neighbors app, a man comes by to offer his help shoveling the sidewalk.
He had just cleared off the snow at another house, and was game for more.
