West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan School District Sets the Dates for Public Input Budget Meetings

Three dates have been set in the district to talk shop about the proposed budget cuts, including co-locating Mendota Elementary.

District 197 is attempting to cut $2.4 million dollars from the 2011-2012 budget, and they want the public to get involved in the conversation. Interested residents can read through the proposed budgeting scenarios on the district's Web site and on Patch. After that, the district has scheduled three public input meetings around the district. An online discussion is also available for feedback on the district's Web site.

(701 Mendota Heights Rd, Mendota Heights)
