Fox Rothschild continued its support of Free Guitars for Kids (FG4K) at the organization's 4th Annual Nashville 100 Guitar Giveaway, held at the Hard Rock Café in downtown Nashville. The event brought together young aspiring musicians for an unforgettable day of music, mentorship and encouragement. Fox Rothschild Partner Ken Abdo, who serves as Chair of FG4K's Advisory Board, attended the event in support of the organization's mission to expand access to music for children.
Thirty kids attended the giveaway, and each received a guitar, a beginner lesson, one-on-one instruction on the basics and a goody bag. The remaining 70 guitars from the weekend will be distributed to local partner organizations throughout the year, where teachers and mentors can continue supporting young musicians in their communities. Beyond giving each child a guitar, the event was designed to spark confidence, connection and a lasting interest in music.
FG4K works with local community leaders to identify qualifying children who have the desire but not the means to own a guitar. Guitar lessons are included as part of every giveaway package, ensuring that each child has the support needed to start their musical journey. The organization runs active campaigns and giveaways in Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Austin, Portland, and New York, in addition to Nashville, and has given away more than 5,000 guitars nationally to date.
Fox Rothschild's support of FG4K reflects the firm's commitment to strengthening local communities through its Generation Fox initiative. By empowering young people and investing in music education and mentorship, the firm aims to make a lasting impact for generations to come.
