3. Man Charged With Felony Fleeing After High-Speed Pursuit, Crash in Minneapolis (limitless-news.com) — Drivers on I-94 in Minneapolis may have noticed a heavy police presence Thursday after a high-speed chase ended in a crash near West Broadway and North Fourth Street. Prosecutors say a 27-year-old man fled a state trooper at 86 mph, ran from the wreck, and was later arrested and charged with felony fleeing and misdemeanor DWI; he remains in custody while blood-test results are pending.
4. Orphaned kittens meet sharks and stingrays on an aquarium field trip at the Mall of America (wxxv25.com) — Just outside Minneapolis, orphaned kittens from Twin Cities rescue group Bitty Kitty Brigade explored sharks, stingrays, and clownfish on a special field trip to the Mall of America's Sea Life aquarium. The annual visit helps socialize about two dozen foster kittens, raises awareness for local animal rescues, and offers adorable scenes of curious cats racing through underwater tunnels.
5. 'Extreme risk' serial peeping tom posts $300K bond, out of jail again (fox9.com) — Neighbors in Minneapolis' Como and Marcy-Holmes areas, along with University of Minnesota students, are being warned about a man prosecutors call an "extreme risk" who is again free on bond after another alleged peeping incident. Authorities say he has a decades-long record tied to privacy and stalking offenses around Minneapolis and St. Paul, and he's due back in court December 2.
