Proceeds after expenses will benefit House of Shields, a non-profit organization founded in 2008 to provide FREE lodging for police officers (active or retired) and members of their immediate family. House of Shields is located in Rochester, near the Mayo Clinic, one of the nation’s top-rated hospitals. The organization believes that while it can’t fix medical tragedies that affect law enforcement, it can alleviate a portion of the financial burdens associated with care.
