Neighbors are invited to tour the company’s newly remodeled home at 18735 Pennington Ave. on Saturday, June 27.
This event celebrates Homestead Road’s renovation of the Pennington Ave. property. When the former homeowners needed to sell and close quickly to secure a senior co-op unit, Homestead Road provided the exact flexibility they required, including providing a 2-week rent-back agreement and sparing the owners from making costly repairs.
Now, following an extensive renovation, Homestead Road will remarket the home to a new family, delivering on its mission to revitalize homes and improve neighborhoods, while leaving a positive footprint.
