MINNEAPOLIS — Early voting has begun for the Nov. 7 municipal election in Minneapolis, when all 13 city council seats are on the ballot.
Starting Friday, voters can cast their ballots by mail or in person at the city's Early Vote Center, which is located at 980 East Hennepin Avenue.
The city has begun mailing out more than 1,000 mail-in ballots to the Minneapolis voters who already requested them. Those who request a ballot allow up to 10 days for it to arrive, officials said. Under state law, all mail-in ballots must received by Election Day, Nov. 7, to count.
