Dangerously Hot Conditions Continue Wednesday: MN Weather

MINNEAPOLIS — Dangerously hot conditions will continue Wednesday, with highs approaching 100 degrees and heat index reaching 105 degrees.

"Extreme heat and humidity will significantly increase the potential for heat-related illnesses, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities," the National Weather Service said.

An excessive heat warning remains in effect in central and southern Minnesota until 10 p.m. Wednesday, with some relief arriving Thursday and Friday.
