Death Being Investigated As Homicide In Minneapolis

Nov. 20, 2020 (MINNEAPOLIS) – A body found by Minneapolis Police is being investigated as a homicide.

At around 10:27 a.m. today, officers responded to a call of a possible deceased person inside a residence on the 2700 block of 18th Avenue South. Inside they found the body of man believed to be in his 20s.

The Minneapolis Crime Lab responded and processed the scene. Homicide investigators responded and began their investigation.

The identity of the victim, along with the nature and cause of death, will be released by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office in the coming days.
