Driver Flees Crash Leaving Significant Damage In Minneapolis

Officers arrived and located a red Nissan two door car flipped over on top of two parked vehicles. No one was in the area.

January 18, 2021 (MINNEAPOLIS) Monday morning at 8:34 am, Minneapolis Police responded to a report of a crash in a driveway on the 4200 block of Oakland Avenue South.

Officers arrived and located a red Nissan two door car flipped over on top of two parked vehicles. No one was in the area.

It is believed that around 2:30 this morning, the Nissan was travelling at a high rate of speed and hit an area of ice and lost control, sending the vehicle airborne. The occupant(s) of the Nissan fled.
