Fall Temperatures On The Way: MN Weather

MINNEAPOLIS — After a scorching-hot start to September, Minnesotans can finally start enjoying more seasonal temperatures this week.

"Today will feel much cooler, comparatively," the National Weather Service said Wednesday.

"Friday and Saturday will be the warmest of the next week, with near-normal temperatures favored next week."

Wednesday: A 30 percent chance of showers before 9am. Cloudy, with a high near 68. Breezy, with a north northwest wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 55. North wind 5 to 15 mph.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 72. North wind 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 52. East northeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
