First Frost Possible In Parts Of MN: Weather Forecast
Frost won't quite reach the Twin Cities metro area this week, but the low temperature will dip down to the 30s at least once this week.
MINNESOTA — Believe it or not, winter weather is just around the corner. The season's first frost will arrive for some Minnesotans as soon as this week.
The National Weather Service has issued a freeze watch for parts of southwest Minnesota, warning that frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, and other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Things won't get quite that cold in the Twin Cities metro area, but the low temperature will dip down to the 30s at least once this week.
