MINNEAPOLIS — Following a cold Monday, temperatures will continue to rise through the weekend, which will feature temperatures in the low 40s.

"Today will feature morning flurries followed by afternoon clearing, along with cold temperatures and breezy northwest winds," the National Weather Service said. "The rest of the week will have a mix of clouds and clear skies, diminished winds and warmer temperatures with no precipitation."
