Minneapolis' Franklin Library Fall Construction Update

Construction has begun this fall at Franklin Library.

The construction contract has been awarded to Construction Results Co., and demolition of finishes, millwork and lower-level restrooms is underway. Contractors are also coordinating updated electrical, mechanical ductwork, and plumbing.

In the weeks to come, demolition of the building interior will continue and contractors will do core drilling for new electrical boxes. Construction is currently 5% complete.
