Youth are welcome at North Minneapolis recreation centers over spring break! Browse a wide variety of FREE youth and family activities below and sign up to stay busy and have fun over Spring Break!

All programs are free, but preregistration is required. All program participants must follow COVID-19 safety guidelines, including following the state mask mandate.

Take Home Fun

Spring Break Bunny Bags (#119243)
Pick up at North Commons Park: Tuesday, March 30, 3-5 pm

Pick up at Folwell Park: Thursday, April 1, 5-7 pm

Looking for family friendly activities to do during Spring Break? Pick-up a Spring Break Bunny Bag to enjoy at home! Cookie decorating, a craft project, planting seeds and supplies for an egg hunt will all be part of the fun. Perfect for four people. Sign up for a pick-up slot that works for you!

Weeklong Day Camp

Creativity and Self-Expression Day Camp (#119222)

Monday, April 5-Friday, April 9
Noon-3 pm

North Commons Park is hosting a spring break Creation & Self Expression Day Camp! This camp will explore four workshops for the week. Each group will participate in discussions and activities which include photography, health and fitness, learning about youth justice, mental health and art. On the last day will have a celebratory share out session.

Folwell Park
Monday, April 5, Wednesday April 7, Friday April 9
Noon-2 pm and 3-5 pm
