Minneapolis Shooting: Man In Critical Condition
He was shot Thursday evening several times in the groin and stomach, according to police. The suspect is on the loose.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- A man was shot several times in the stomach and groin in Minneapolis on Thursday evening, according to police.
The shooting occurred in the 2500 block of Cedar Avenue South in Minneapolis. Police were near the Little Earth housing project working on a different case when they heard shots fired, the Star Tribune reported.
The police, who were working with U.S. marshals, responded to the shots fired and found the victim. The Star Tribune reported that police saw a man dressed in a black polo shirt and gray shorts, who was fleeing the area.

No arrests were made and the suspect is still on the loose. The Tribune reported that the victim is in critical condition at Hennepin County Medical Center.
