Minnesota Coronavirus Hospitalizations Rise Over Weekend

Over the last 24 hours, officials reported 12 new deaths and 745 new confirmed cases.

ST. PAUL, MN —The number of people requiring hospitalization in Minnesota due to COVID-19 reached a high Monday, as state health officials reported treating 605 patients — an increase of 40 patients over the state's previous high.

According to state health data, 881 Minnesota residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19. Over the last 24 hours, officials reported 12 new deaths and 745 new confirmed cases.
