The operator then asked for the caller’s name, whether he was with the victim and whether the two attackers were there. He said the two were not and provided an address on the 1800 block of Dayton Avenue in St. Paul.
The Minneapolis police report on the alleged incident said the two suspects sexually penetrated a victim with an object. The alleged victim’s name was redacted but the report said the person received treatment at the hospital, the Star-Tribune reported.
