Construction at North Regional Library was about 72% complete at the end of September.

- Continued installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures
- Continued installation of tile and carpet
- Installation of interior doors
- New lighting in children and teen areas
- Completion of stormwater system for parking lot
