TWIN CITIES, MN — A cold rain will wrap up Friday night and will give way to a calm, seasonably cold weekend.

"Rainy and blustery conditions will continue today and into tonight," the National Weather Service said. "Temperatures will be chilly today, but rebounding to normal highs by early next week."
