The former governor of Minnesota and the current NFL quarterback are both reportedly open to joining the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. campaign.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is reportedly considering former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura and NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers as his running mate on an independent presidential ticket.
Both Ventura and Rodgers have discussed the possibility with Kennedy and "both have welcomed the overtures," according to the New York Times.
Kennedy, nephew to President John F. Kennedy, is an environmental lawyer known most for his vaccine skepticism and conspiracy theories.

Kennedy told the times he had been speaking with Rodgers — who won a Super Bowl with the Green Bay Packers and now plays for the New York Jets — "pretty continuously" for the past month,.
Kennedy has been in touch with Ventura since the former governor introduced him at a campaign event last month in Arizona.
