TWIN CITIES, MN — Wednesday will bring additional rounds of rain before more snow starts to fly in the second half of the week. Up to 4 inches of snow could fall Thursday in the Twin Cities metro area, and up to another 3 inches of snow early Friday morning, according to the National Weather Service.
