Subzero Windchills Arrive Saturday: MN Weather
A blast of arctic air will hit the Twin Cities metro area this weekend.

TWIN CITIES, MN — Following the week's final round of snow, a blast of arctic air will hit Minnesota Thursday night and last into the week.
Temperatures will hit the low single digits, and the windchills will drop below 0 degrees.
"Light snow continues this morning, with much cooler temperatures expected this upcoming weekend before we move closer towards normal by the middle of next week," the National Weather Service said Thursday.

"Wind chills below zero are expected Friday through Sunday."

Thursday Night: A chance of snow before 11pm, then a chance of flurries between 11pm and 2am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 15. Blustery, with a west northwest wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
Friday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 19. West northwest wind around 15 mph.
Friday Night: A 40 percent chance of snow after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a steady temperature around 17. West southwest wind 10 to 15 mph.
