Twin Cities Will See 50 Degree Swing In 24 Hours: MN Weather
Dangerously cold arctic air will remain in the Twin Cities Friday, but things will warm up quickly on Saturday.

TWIN CITIES, MN — Residents in the Twin Cities metro area should prepare for weather whiplash, as temperatures will swing nearly 50 degrees in 24 hours.
Friday morning saw temperatures of 16 degrees below zero, with wind chills around 35 degrees below zero. Things will remain bitterly cold throughout the day.
"The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes," the National Weather Service warned.

But temperatures will warm up quickly on Saturday, which has a forecasted high of 30 degrees.
