Wednesday Could See All-Time Record Winter Heat: MN Weather
Temperatures approaching 60 degrees in January are coming for Minnesota.

TWIN CITIES, MN — The Twin Cities metro on Monday broke its daily record high (49 in 1931) by reaching 50 degrees around 2:30 p.m. But all-time records are now in sight for Wednesday.
"Record highs are expected Wednesday as very warm air moves across the region with a lack of snowpack and mostly sunny skies," the National Weather Service said. "Daily records will be broken by several degrees and temperatures could approach all-time January records."
It's not clear when, if ever, Minnesota will see normal temperatures this winter.
