Weekend Will Be Clear, Sunny: MN Weather Forecast

MINNEAPOLIS — Following a couple of days of showers, the upcoming weekend will feature lots of sun and clear skies.

"A couple rounds of scattered showers are expected today, but accumulation will be light," the National Weather Service said.

"A few showers may linger across western Wisconsin into Thursday morning. Sun will return Friday with northwest winds becoming gusty in the evening into the overnight hours."

Wednesday: A 40 percent chance of showers, mainly before noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 61. South southeast wind around 10 mph becoming west southwest in the afternoon.

Wednesday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers between 9pm and 3am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 48. North northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 59. Northwest wind around 10 mph.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 44. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
