When Will It Rain In The Twin Cities?
The Twin Cities is hurting badly for rain. Here's the forecast of when and how much rain we could finally see.

MINNEAPOLIS — The good news for farmers and gardeners suffering under Minnesota's drought conditions. There are several chances for rain, starting Thursday.
"Scattered showers and storms will develop in western MN by the late afternoon and move southeast into this evening," the National Weather Service said.
"Additional storms may develop in southern MN this evening. One or two storms will be strong to severe, capable of producing large hail, damaging winds, and frequent lightning."

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 87. South wind 5 to 15 mph becoming west in the morning.

Thursday Night: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 11pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 67. Southwest wind 5 to 15 mph. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Friday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 4pm. Widespread haze after 3pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 88. West wind 5 to 15 mph.
Friday Night: A 10 percent chance of showers before 7pm. Widespread haze before 2am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 66. West wind 5 to 15 mph.
Saturday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Sunny, with a high near 85. West northwest wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.
Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 61. Breezy, with a west northwest wind 15 to 20 mph decreasing to 10 to 15 mph in the evening. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
