Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. <h2>The Minnetonka Girls Travel Basketball Association kicks off its home tournament -- the 26th Annual Holiday Classic -- this Friday!</h2>Please help cheer on these young Skippers, 4th - 8th grades, as they play other local travel basketball clubs. Games will be played: -Friday, December 5th at MHS, Minnetonka Middle School West (MMW) and MME (Minnetonka Middle School East) from 5:30pm-10:00pm -Saturday, December 6th at MHS and MME from 7:50am-10pm and at MMW from 5:30pm-9pm -Sunday, December 7th at MHS, MME and MMW from 7:50am-2:00pm. Admission is $3.00 on Friday, and $6.00 adults/$3.00 children and seniors on Saturday and Sunday.
