A member testimonial for Koko FitClub in Tonka Bay

 Pam's strength gain since joining Koko FitClub:  49% chest press, 32% lat pulldown, 156% bicep curl. "I joined the Koko Fit Club in January 2013.  11 months later, I'm still loving it.  Koko is a combination of cardio workouts plus weight workouts with a "computerized personal trainer".  It is a challenging way to work out and changes up so often it never gets boring or mundane. The computerized weight machine provides members with a challenging work out, a pace to try and keep up with and different exercises.  Koko is affordable and I believe a fraction of the cost of an actual personal trainer.  Plus, Koko works with most health plans for a monthly reimbursement. I look at my workouts at Koko as an investment in my future.  A sort of 401K plan for my health.  You can't change your genetic make-up but I believe by keeping with a regular Fit program, you can be better prepared to deal with whatever is thrown your way. You invest in your financial future, now invest in your physical future."
