In honor of “I Love to Read” month, we are conducting a book drive to collect new or gently used children’s books to benefit the programs of Reach Out and Read, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting early literacy. Families are invited to bring new or gently used books to any of our New Horizon Academy locations. The best gift you can give is a new book to a child in need. When you give the gift of reading, books are just the beginning. Your support helps ensure school readiness and positive outcomes for children. With your cooperation, we can spread the joy of reading and nurture a nation of readers. Donations will be accepted at New Horizon Academy centers February 4th through February 28th. Thank you in advance for your generous donations! The books will be delivered to the Children’s Hospital and Clinic of Minnesota.
