Bites Nearby: Curry 'N' Noodles Offers Indo-Chinese Fusion

Finding Chinese or Indian restaurants isn’t too hard. Finding a mixture of the two isn’t so easy.

Situated just east of the Minnetonka border at 802 Mainstreet in downtown Hopkins, Curry ‘N’ Noodles’ warm, cozy interior is great for a romantic dinner or just a casual meeting. Patio dining is available in the summer months.

A daily lunch buffet is served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays. It is followed by their á la carte dinner served from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and until 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.

Curry ‘N’ Noodles serves a wide variety of both meat and vegetarian dishes. Among their masala entrees, they feature chicken curry, lamb, goat, fish, and shrimp. And for the vegetarian palate, they serve many varieties of vegetables and curries. The drink menu also showcases Indo-Chinese mixtures like masala chai tea and mango lassi, a mango and yogurt drink.

Most of the entrees are reasonably priced between $9-$15 and red wine is served at half-price on Sundays and Mondays.
