Registration is now open for the Youngstedt's-sponsored Coaster Cart Derby on Saturday, September 7th from 10-11:30 am. And we're looking for YOU to race your very own coaster cart! Well, we're looking for YOU if YOU are between the ages of 6 and 14 ... just to clarify :)
The Wayzata Chamber of Commerce Coaster Cart Derby is a family event using Gravity propelled vehicles. The event, which is put on by the Lake Minnetonka District Boy Scouts of America, is intended solely as an enjoyment event for youth (6 to 14 year-olds), family and spectators. It's one of the most popular events because of how much fun it is to watch and even better, to BUILD your own cart then RACE it down the hill! Fun for the racers and those that build it with the little speed-racers!
