With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. Rep. Erik Paulsen has won the primary for U.S. Representative in District 3. With 95 percent of precincts reporting, Paulsen led 24-year-old John Howard III with 90 percent of the vote. On Election Day in November, Paulsen will face Brian Barnes, a Democrat from Edina. Paulsen will try for his third term in Congress. The third district in Minnesota consists of Minnetonka, Edina, Bloomington, Maple Grove, Plymouth, Wayzata, Brooklyn Park, Coon Rapids and Eden Prairie.
