Pets and their families are invited to partake in the Halloween Party and Costume Contest featuring photography opportunities, a bounce house, treats from Howling Dogs Bakery, cupcakes from Sweet Retreat, tours of the ADOGO Pet Hotel, and representatives from Can Do Canines and Retrieve a Golden of Minnesota (RAGOM).
