St. Luke Presbyterian Church will host a discussion on bullying.
Renowned author Jonathan Odell (http://www.mswritersandmusicians.com/writers/jonathan-odell.html) will make a cameo appearance with a panel of students and teachers from Anoka (where Odell has worked with staff and students about GLBT bullying), Hopkins and Minnetonka school districts, sharing their experiences with bullying of GLBT and other “different” children – and how to deal with it. Anoka students and teachers are pressing for a no-tolerance vs. non-proactive approach to bullying.
