EASY (Energetic Aquatic Shiatsu Yoga) combines the practices of Shiatsu Massage, ai chi and yoga to help increase energy and restore balance to the body and mind. Based on the principle that the body can heal itself, this program enables anyone to maximize their health by applying finger pressure to particular acupressure points and doing conscious, gentle yoga stretches. Practice EASY as a class or integrate elements of it into a cool down.
