Jukari Fit to Flex Launch Party

10:30am is Members Only and at 11:30 it's open to the General Public.

Be one of the first people in Minnesota to participate in JUKARI Fit to Flex™, a new group exercise class resulting from a partnership between Reebok and Cirque du Soleil®. The Marsh, A Center for Balance and Fitness in Minnetonka, is the first place in Minnesota to offer this exciting new flexibility class which draws its inspiration from the strong controlled movements performed by Cirque du Soleil artists.  According to Marsh Studio coordinator Liz Anema, “This class is so much fun that getting long, lean muscles, improved flexibility and balance and powerful core strength is just an added perk.”

The class challenges participants with high-intensity, cardio-specific choreography and stability movements choreographed to custom-mixed Cirque du Soleil tracks. Class participants use specially designed JUKARI Bands ™ to assist with stretching, balance and focused movement.
