Beth Bergren, a Crockpot cooking expert, will teach you unique ways to prepare meats, entrees, sides and even desserts, using your slow cooker. The book, Crockpot Cuisine, will be used in class and a $14 supply fee will be collected by the instructor for this material. The book features 150 recipes adapted for crockery cooking. Chef Jeff Sandino, former Executive Chef at Buca De Beppo and Sunsets will lead this exciting class on Italian cuisine! The class will begin with tender baby greens in a tangy balsamic vinaigrette, followed by bruschetta. Next up- eggplant parmesan! Also learn to prepare manicotti filled with a variety of cheeses and served with a classic marinara sauce. To top off the meal- tiramisu and homemade chocolate biscotti!
