Curious about what a yoga practice entails? Yoga From the Very Beginning is a gentle and mindful approach to yoga for people of all shapes, sizes and abilities. This four-week class series emphasizes breathing exercises, gentle stretches, individual poses, meditation and relaxation. Instructors Liz Anema and Stephanie Olson will tailor the classes to meet the needs and abilities of the participants who attend.
