Germann Physical Therapy and Merz Physical Therapy are teaming up to offer fall risk assessment screens at The Marsh. We will start with a brief, informative talk about why people fall, and identify some of the risk factors. Then we will have 2 licensed physical therapists perform your fall risk screen. It will consist of answering a few questions, and then 6 short movement and balance tests. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Recommendations will then be made based on the results of your screening.
