Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. In the 10 year old age division, all 3 gymnasts placed every time possible! Elodie Prew of Minneapolis was 2nd all-around with a 37.050. In the 11 year old age division, Susie Lepow of Edina won beam with a 9.400, and Savannah Huber of Plymouth won floor with a meet high score of 9.600. In the 12 year old age division, Lauren Fishbein of Plymouth took 1st on vault, bars, floor, and in the all-around with a 36.700. The girls from Legacy compete next in their state meet Dec. 12th.
