A missing Minnetonka man was found dead along the Canadian border Thursday, <a href="http://www.wdio.com/article/stories/S3058781.shtml?cat=10335" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">WDIO-TV reported</a>. Searchers found the body of 78-year-old Richard Barber in Basswood Lake within <a href="http://www.ontarioparks.com/english/quet.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Quetico Provincial Park</a>. Ontario Provincial Police responded to a distress call from a satellite phone Sunday evening made near Basswood Lake, <a href="http://www.startribune.com/local/210504351.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Star Tribune</a>. They couldn't find the people in distress before nightfall, but found a woman Monday morning.Provincial police haven't released additional details.Barber's wife, Elaine <a href="http://www.startribune.com/local/west/210520581.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Barber, told the Star Tribune</a> that the couple's canoe capsized in the Basswood River rapids during the first part of a three-week trip.
