Opportunity Partners Holds Art Show Featuring Works by Adults with Disabilities

Opportunity Partners recently held an art showcase featuring colorful paintings, drawings, and sculptures made by adults with disabilities. The art was created through the Artist in Residence program, made possible by generous donations from the community. More than making art for display, the program empowers individuals to express themselves, make decisions, and grow through creativity. Personal choice and self-direction allow each person to decide how and what they create. Each person brimmed with a sense of pride as they showed off their artwork to community members who attended the event.
