With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Claire Middleton, 8th grade student at St. Louis Park Middle School participated in the 25th annual Peppermint Twist gymnastics ompetition at the Minneapolis Convention Center. She is a level 8 gymnast at Mini-Hops Gymnastics. She received 1st place All Around and 1st place on bars along with a 2nd place on beam.
