With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. Law enforcement officers and firefighters gathered Sunday at Grace Church in Eden Prairie to remember, grieve and pay respects to those who lost their lives or loved ones in the 9/11 attacks. Several hundred people attended and viewed photographs and other items from the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil. Gov. Mark Dayton and U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar (DFL-MN) addressed the crowd, reminding people of the strength, courage and camaraderie it took for the country to find its way during those difficult times.
