With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. Minnetonka residents don't have to drive far to get some of the best doughnuts in the metro. The Star Tribune on Thursday <a href="http://www.startribune.com/lifestyle/taste/202360771.html?refer=y" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">declared Minnetonka's YoYo Doughnuts one of the doughnut sellers in the metro</a>—and the only one in the suburbs, aside from Cub Foods. The paper specifically praised YoYo's blueberry doughnut. "Adding fruit probably doesn't improve its nutritional prospects, but it sure makes for a fragrant, great-tasting dietary justification," Rick Nelson wrote. <a href="http://www.startribune.com/lifestyle/taste/202360771.html?refer=y" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Click here</a> to see the Star Tribune's full list.
