Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. The Hopkins High School Band Program is pleased to announce our December 9th concerts. At 6:30pm the evening will begin with our Concert Band/Symphonic Band followed by our Wind Ensemble/Wind Symphony at 8:00pm. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for senior citizens and students. Please join us at Hopkins High School 2400 Lindbergh Drive, Minnetonka.
