• Planning Commission to Consider Data Center Setback Change as City Says No Project Is Pending (kymnradio.net) — Northfield's Planning Commission is holding a public hearing tonight on sharply reducing how far data centers must be from parks and trails, from 3,950 feet to 200 feet. City leaders insist no data center project is pending, calling the change a zoning "housekeeping" fix, but acknowledge they continue marketing industrial land to grow the tax base.
