Effective December 1, 2012, PrimeVest Financial Services Inc., is changing its name to Cetera Investment Services LLC to align its name with the parent company, Cetera Financial Group. The change will help develop a brand identity and recognize the collective strength of Cetera’s four broker-dealers. Cetera serves about 7,000 independent financial advisors and more than 700 financial institutions, including Community Resource Bank in Northfield.
With this change of name, there will be no change in ownership or service and Cetera Investment Services’s relationship with Community Resource Bank will remain the same. Chris Weber will continue to serve clients as he has for over 10 years from Community Resource Bank’s Heritage Drive location. Chris has been a registered representative for 19 years and is a Certified Financial PlannerTM. Chris is a graduate of St. Olaf College, a Northfield resident, and a past president of the Northfield Rotary Club.
