Laura Baker Services Association provides support and respite services to people with special needs and their families. We would like to invite you to be a part of our Family Support Services program by providing regular meal assistance to a family with children who have special needs. This is also a substantial form of respite for a family, where preparing meals and attending to the special needs of children who have developmental disabilities is no easy task.
We would like volunteers to provide ready-made meals on a regular basis, about once a month. We will coordinate recurring days and times, so helping in this way can consistently fit into everyone’s schedule. This is a great way to get involved with families and children who have special needs!
We also have opportunities for more direct involvement with families on a regular basis. It is a wonderful way to get involved form new relationships in the community!
